Course Sequencing Guidelines

The Master of Science in Project and Program Management degree requires:

  • RPJM101 Foundations of Project Management must be taken as the first course, preferably alone.
  • RPJM103 Advanced Scheduling and Control must be taken no later than two sessions after RPJM101.

The recommended sequence of required courses:

  1. RPJM101 Foundations of Project Management
  2. RCOM102 Professional Communications
  3. RPJM103 Project Scheduling and Control
  4. RMGT110 Risk Management for Projects and Programs
  5. RPJM113 Negotiating and Conflict Resolution
  6. RPJM117 Program Management: Theory and Practice
