The Master of Science in Project and Program Management degree requires:

  • RPJM 101 Foundations of Project Management must be taken as the first course.

The recommended sequence of core courses:

  2. RCOM 202 Communications for Effective Leadership
  3. RPJM 103 Project Scheduling and Cost Management
  4. RMGT 110 Organizational Leadership and Decision Making
  5. RMGT 110 Risk Management for Projects and Programs
  6. RPJM 113 Negotiating and Conflict Resolution
  7. RPJM 117 Program Management: Theory and Practice
  8. RPJM 119 The Human Side of Project Leadership
